Sausage, Potato, and Egg
Breakfast Cassarole
2 packages (8 oz. each) brown and serve sausage links (chop 'em up small)
3 1/2 cups frozen O'Brien potatoes
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups milk
5 lg. eggs  beaten
1 t. dry mustard
salt and pepper
11x7x2 baking dish
cut sausage into slices . stir together all ingredients , pour into baking dish.
Bake at 350  for 50 or 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
let stand for 10 min.
